Claudia has more than 20 years of experience working with couples, teenagers, children, adults, and families with a variety of emotional difficulties. She is specialized in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and works holistically - mind, body and spirit.

I have been a psychotherapist for more than 20 years working under a multicultural setting with individuals, couples, and families. The types of issues I treat include  depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, self-harm, grief and loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and suicidal thoughts.  
As an Emotion Focused Therapist, I helps families and couples to develop healthier relationships. My specialty includes couples trauma, affair recovery, and family conflict. I am also trained as a grief counsellor to help clients that face their own death or the death of a love one. I’m also trained in eating disorders.
My clinical expertise also include working with people who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, in addition to  war veterans.
In addition to my psychological training, I also have studied theology which  allows me integrate psychotherapy with spirituality.
